Kate Winslet has revealed that her young daughter Mia was surprised to see her 'Uncle Leo' on the cover of a newspaper recently.
Of course, the Uncle Leo in question was none other than global megastar Leonardo DiCaprio, but Mia seems to be just as down-to-earth as her mum and obviously hasn't quite grasped how famous Leo is.
Kate, who looked gorgeous at the New York premiere of her new film The Reader recently wearing a figure-hugging charcoal dress teamed with some fabulous metallic footwear, has been close friends with Leo since they starred together in Titanic more than a decade ago.
They will soon be reunited in their new film, Revolutionary Road, which is directed by Kate's hubby Sam Mendes, so it's no wonder that Leo has been getting to know that family.
The 33-year-old blonde told Contact Music: "There was a picture of Leo on the front of a newspaper and Mia picked it up and went, 'Mum, it's Leo, he's on the cover of the newspaper. We should really keep this and send it to him, mummy.' "
