Kerry Katona's husband Mark Croft has defended himself against accusations that he has a controlling influence over his wife.
The 28-year-old former Atomic Kitten sparked concern when she appeared on the daytime TV show This Morning last month.
During the interview, skinny jeans-wearing Kerry appeared to be slurring her words, which led many viewers to believe that she had been drinking.
However the star explained that her speech was a result of her medication for Bipolar disorder.
Now hubby Mark, who has two young children with Kerry, says that it was her decision to appear on the programme and not his.
"I don't manage Kerry, she does her own thing. She may ask me what I think, but I never tell her what she can or can't do," he told Now mag.
Mark added: "We're going to London today so Kerry can have a blood test to prove she isn't an alcoholic."
