
We couldn't be happier to see Britney Spears back on track after a rough few years.
Not only is she getting her music career up and running again with an exciting new album, but she has also got her famous hot bod back.
And what's more, Britters has even let us in to her diet secrets!
She told OK! mag: "My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.
"I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."
Brit added that she also does cardio and weights five times a week and said that she's the healthiest she has ever been in her life.
