Felicity: I tried on Madge's knickers

Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman has made a brave confession - that she once tried on a pair of Madonna's knickers.

Quite what we would do if we found a pair of the pop queen's pants we're not sure, but Felicity just couldn't resist the urge to slip them on.

The incident took place when Felicity, who plays Lynette in the hit US TV series, replaced Madonna in the Broadway play Speed-the-Plow in 1988.

When the 45-year-old actress walked into a dressing room that she shared with the famous singer and found the garment lying on the floor, she just couldn't help herself.

She told More mag: "I was like, 'This is Madonna's underwear!'

"So I tried it on - of course, it didn't fit me."

Felicity also revealed recently that she won the role of harassed mum Lynette in Desperate Housewives because she turned up to an audition plagued by the troubles of her own three children.
