Amy Winehouse's jailbird hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has finally come to his senses and agreed to move in with his mother Georgette.
It was reported two weeks ago that Blake turned down the offer to leave jail early because of the strict limitations on his freedom.
But now it seems that the temptation to leave his miserable prison surroundings has got the better of him.
Under the agreement, Blake will have to wear an electronic tag and be safely back home at his mum's by 7pm at the latest, reports the Sun.
A friend told the paper: "Amy is obviously chuffed. But more surprisingly, even her family and friends are pleased.
"Because Blake will have to lead this disciplined life to keep in line with his conditions of release they are hoping it will rub off on her too."
