You might assume that if you had your name plastered all over the front cover of a book, you would have written the thing.
But Katie Price has revealed that in her case, that's not true.
The glamour model is currently promoting her third novel, Angel Uncovered, which her publishing company has billed as "an explosive and highly charged tale of love, lies and celebrities".
Perma-tanned Katie's first novel Angel sold 300,000 copies in the first six weeks when it was released two years ago, while its follow-up Crystal sold 160,000 copies in the first three months and stormed straight to the top of the hardback best-sellers list.
But the 30-year-old frankly admitted in an interview with Virgin Radio that her books - which have earned her millions - are all written by a ghost-writer.
"I'm not going to lie, I don't sit there with a typewriter and write it, of course I don't," she said.
"I don't have time to do that. I say how I want the storyline to be, each chapter is done, I read through it change it and then it goes away to be written. I actually say how I want the story and that's how it happens."
