Katie Price and Peter Andre have accepted substantial damages over a News of the World article which implied that they were bad parents.
The couple, who have three kids, Harvey (from Jordan's previous relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke), Junior and Princess Tiaami, said that they were relived their name had been cleared.
The February-published article centred around an interview with a former nanny of the couple.
Speaking outside the High Court in London, Katie said: "Anyone who has kids can imagine how they would feel to be accused publicly of being bad parents.
"Pete and I love our kids and would do anything for them. We came here today to see that justice was done and that our names were cleared."
While Katie didn't reveal how much money was paid out, she said that half of the sum would be donated to NSPCC and the Vision Charity while the other half would be put into a trust fund for the children.
