Heather Mills has dished out more than £2.5 million for a swanky flat in New York.
The former model, who won £24.3 million in her divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney, has signed contracts on a two-bedroom apartment in the trendy West Village.
Mills' new apartment is in the prestigious 173 Perry Street block, designed by architect Richard Meier. Other past owners of the flats inside include Nicole Kidman and Calvin Klein.
The ex-Lady McCartney will have fantastic views of the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building.
Her new home is reported to have a living-dining space running the full length of the building.
She can take advantage of a doorman, a gym and butler service provided by the prestigious restaurant downstairs.
Heather will live in the apartment with her four-year-old daughter Beatrice, from her marriage to Sir Paul.
