
The world was astounded when Halle Berry appeared at a recent charity event in a tiny leopard-print dress looking every bit as gorgeous as she did before she had a baby, and now we have the secrets to her post-baby body.
Halle gave birth to her first child, baby Nahla Ariela Aubry, on March 16th and just six weeks later she was back to her svelte self.
The 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress has decided to share her diet tips with the world to let people know how she lost her post-baby flab.
Halle works out for 60 minutes five times a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga, whose other clients include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway.
Their sessions include three cardio segments as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb, reports People magazine.
In terms of diet Halle says she is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking plenty of water.
