Britney is back!

The real reason why Britney has been a regular gym bunny of late is out. The latest rumours suggest the sexy singer is planning a comeback!

The 26 year old wants to 'do it again' and hit the charts with some new tracks, apparently working on a follow-up to Blackout that will blow fans away.

Tanned and fresh from her beach holiday at Mel Gibson's home, Brit has been in the recording studio with producers J R Rotem and Sean Garrett.

Garrett told People magazine: "I'm just happy to see her back and recovering. She's really shaping up and getting her whole situation back together. I'm really proud and happy to see her."

Fans can look forward to a "mega concert" in Las Vegas, which the Toxic star has apparently planned and she's been seen having lunch with Sin City big-wig, George Maloof, the owner of the Palms Hotel and Casino.

A source told the Metro: "She wants to make a splashy comeback in Las Vegas. She wants the show to be full of high energy and flashy costume changes."
