Madonna and hubby Guy Ritchie have given up on their seven-year marriage and are about to announce a £50 million divorce, according to reports.
The pair had planned to wait until Madge finished her current Sticky and Sweet tour before confirming their split.
However, their relationship is said to have got frostier by the minute with constant rows over plans to adopt more children. Guy is against the idea and although he has spoken out in the past about how he loves adopted son David, doesn't want to add to the brood.
"Guy adores David and is glad they went ahead with the adoption. But he doesn't want to adopt another child when their marriage is rocky. It's a real bone of contention," a source told the Sun.
"Everyone agrees it is unfair on the children to witness such terrible arguments and so the divorce has been agreed."
The divorce is now expected to be finalised before Christmas, with Guy set to move out of the family home in London and back to his Wiltshire mansion.
