Posh: I've started smiling

Although we haven't seen the evidence yet, Victoria Beckham claims that she is so happy that she has even started smiling a bit.

Pouty Posh, who is notorious for having a sour face when posing for photographs, said that she found it difficult to adjust to the LA lifestyle when she arrived with David but now feels better than ever.

She told the Sun: "I'm so content I've even been smiling a bit these days."

Vic, who debuted her cute, boyish haircut at fashion week and also launched her new line of dresses, also revealed the secrets of her super-slim frame.

The 34-year-old explained that she's started exercising.

"I run four miles, seven days a week. I feel energised and healthy," she said.

And her new-found love of working up a sweat has even led her to pig out more: "Yes, I am eating more. I think you do eat more when you're working out. And you want to eat healthily, so it's good all round."
