No, he may not have a wedding ring on his finger yet but it looks like he has fallen hook, line and sinker for his Brazilian model girlfriend and the mother of his child, Camila Alves.
Stunning Camila gave birth to little Levi McConaughey in July and the Fool's Gold hunk says that now all the pieces of his life have finally fallen into place.
He told People mag: "Camila is the love of my life. I always wanted to be a father and thought it would be great, but it just took the right woman and the right time to make it all happen."
The 38-year-old said that he enjoyed having the responsibility of a tiny person to take care of.
"We have a little bit more prep-time put into going places and doing things, getting him ready and everything. But it's amazing," he said.
