The gorgeous star of The Women admitted that she absolutely hates going to the gym and literally dreads every second of her gruelling work-out, but says she forces herself to do it.
Eva told the Evening Standard: "So here it is…the secret is there is no secret and it sucks. You think I like working out?
"I am just like you and every other woman in the world. I have so many cravings but can't always satisfy them."
The Latino beauty also admitted that she wouldn't rule out having plastic surgery in the future but would wait until at least her 50s or 60s, adding that many people start too early in Hollywood.
