Amy is often photographed sporting spotty, blotchy skin which is thought to be a side-effect of her wild party lifestyle, junk food diet and ongoing problems with drug addiction, so it's no wonder she took the top spot.
The Back to Black singer managed to beat Victoria Beckham into second place, followed by Hollywood stunner Cameron Diaz.
Even the vast amounts of make-up that perma-tanned glamour model Katie Price shovels on her face couldn't save her from the ropey skin poll conducted by Superdrug, as she took the fourth spot in the poll, followed by Britney Spears.
In the good skin stakes, TV presenter and musician Myleene Klass was voted as having the best complexion in showbiz, followed by Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones and Kylie Minogue.
