Ronson admits disappointment at Bond theme loss

Mark Ronson has admitted that he and Amy Winehouse are a bit peeved at having missed out on the opportunity to record the new James Bond theme tune.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Alicia Keys and Jack White would be creating the history-making tune for Quantum of Solace.

Mark and Amy had hit the studio earlier this year to work on the track, but the troubled singer's ongoing personal problems meant they never completed it.

Although Mark says he's "gutted" at the missed opportunity, he says its more important that Amy gets better.

He said: "It's really disappointing, of course it is. But at the time Amy was going through some s**t, and now she's doing great, so who cares if we missed the Bond boat.

"It's fantastic to see her back on track again. We're both gutted we missed out on 007, but there will be other great opportunities for us."
