Lindsay Lohan is rumoured to be so besotted with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson that she is planning to marry her.
But the happy occasion could see a spanner thrown in the works if her dad Michael Lohan has anything to do with it.
It is reported that Sam and Linds are already planning a November wedding and that the 22-year-old Mean Girls star has already bought a white Chanel mini-dress for the occasion.
However Michael said that he hasn't heard anything about a potential wedding.
He said: "If she was marrying Sam, I don't think she'd ask me to walk her down the aisle. She knows about my Christian faith."
But he added that he does support his daughter's relationship as long as it makes her happy.
Michael said: "I want her to be happy and healthy and stay on the right path. If I discuss her relationship, I say that I want her to be happy."
