Will Smith plays a superhero who is down on his luck in his latest blockbuster Hancock, but in real life things couldn't be looking better as the star has been revealed as the highest earner in Hollywood.
The actor pocketed a whopping £40 million last year, pushing Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp into second place with a not-so-shabby £36 million.
He was followed by Shrek stars Eddie Murphy and Mike Myers, who both earned £27.5 million from the franchise.
Meanwhile Cameron Diaz emerged as the queen of the lady-earners in Hollywood, earning £25 million last year, according to the Forbes poll.
Our very own Keira Knightley followed Cam in second place thanks to her star turns in Edge of Love and Atonement, which earned her a tidy sum of £16 million.
Jennifer Aniston earned almost double her love rival Angelina Jolie's salary with £13.5 million.
As for teen stars, Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe was top of the class with £12.5 million, followed by Miley Cyrus, Ashley Olsen and Lindsay Lohan.
