The Fool's Gold actor is a brand new dad after his Brazilian model girlfriend Camila Alves recently gave birth to the couple's first son Levi.
Now spaced-out Matt, who has described the birth as a "bloody, pukey, sweaty, primeval thing," has told us how he eased Camila through the process.
He explained to OK! mag: "Contractions started kicking in, and we found a great rhythm. We had a 14-hour session, her and I did. I sat there with her, right between her legs. We got tribal on it.
"We danced to it. I was DJing this native Brazilian music. We were jamming!"
We wouldn't advise you to give up your day job to pursue a career in midwifery Matt.
