Not many of us can look drop dead gorgeous on three hours sleep, but that's exactly what Mel B managed to do yesterday as she greeted fans at a London public appearance bright and early yesterday morning.
The night before, Mel had been living the high life into the small hours. She turned up looking stunning in a flowing sequinned gown to the Glamour awards in Berkeley Square alongside fellow Spicers Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell.
Then, after a quick change into a sexy strapless purple frock, she hit the dance floor hard at Crystal night club in Soho to continue the party.
Mel was photographed arriving at her hotel looking slightly worse for wear in the back of a cab at 4am.
But at half nine yesterday morning, Mel, who now lives with hubby Steven Balafonte in Los Angeles, was back to her stunning self as she signed autographs and met fans.
"I just landed yesterday afternoon and went to the Glamour awards. I have kids so I'm used to waking up early so nothing's a problem for me," Mel told the Daily Record.
"It's just a day in the life of me. It's not crazy. It's very normal. Everything I do, I thoroughly enjoy. It's just fun. It's the only attitude to have."
