Where would Rhys Ifans be without a friend like Kate Moss eh?

The supermodel proved that she had a heart of gold as well as model looks when she attempted to cheer her old pal Rhys up with a Primrose Hill party.

Welsh actor Rhys is said to be distraught after splitting from stunning girlfriend Sienna Miller and has been photographed mooching around Notting Hill looking depressed.

However Kate is determined to get him back on his feet and has even set up a special 'Rhys Rally' club to help put a smile back on the 39-year-old's face.

Kate has apparently enlisted the help of Primrose Hill set busy-bodies Sadie Frost and Pearl Lowe to help with the Rhys Rally.

A source told Grazia: "Rhys spent a few nights with her just after the break-up but he seemed to be in denial. He kept saying he could fix it."
