Rihanna looked in fine form when she lit up the eagerly anticipated Glow in the Dark tour in San Jose last week.
The 20-year-old beauty looked stunning as she took to the stage wearing a shiny black and pink outfit teamed with black fishnets, neon pink gloves and matching lipstick.
She made good use of her 35 minutes performing time, belting out hits including Umbrella and the Justin Timberlake-penned ballad Rehab.
Rolling Stone magazine reported: "The singer and her dancers' clothes were basic black accented by pink and lime neon; the entire presentation was very new wave, down to Rihanna's bright pink lipstick."
Meanwhile Rihanna has denied that she knew anything about the wedding of Beyonce and her mentor, Jay-Z.
She told People magazine at a benefit for her Believe Foundation: "I didn't know! No one knew!"
Beyonce and Jay-Z are thought to have tied the knot in a secret ceremony at his home earlier this month.
