Style queen Kate Moss managed to keep cool under pressure when she became the latest victim of luggage mishandling at Heathrow airport's Terminal 5 recently.
The 34-year-old supermodel was said to be distressed when she was informed that ten of her bags had been misplaced, including her beloved Louis Vuitton luggage.
However Kate still managed to look effortlessly cool as she breezed through the airport wearing her trademark grey skinny jeans tucked into battered black boots, teamed with a black and white striped T-shirt and neat little black jacket.
It is now reported that all ten of the bags have been recovered but Ms Moss is still being considered for a cash pay-out for her inconvenience.
A friend of the model told the Daily Mail: "She has been asked to give details of her inconvenience and other results of her lost luggage so the scale of her claim can be considered the same way as anybody else.
"She recognises the scale of the problems and inconvenience caused and expects to be treated like anybody else."
Kate has been enjoying a well-earned holiday in the States with friends and her five-year-old daughter Lila Grace.
