If there is anyone who has lived out her life in public over the past few years, it's Britney Spears.
From the infamous head-shaving incident, to the very public breakdown, to lashing out at photographers (and their cars) we've seen Britters do it all.
But now the 27-year-old pop star seems to be on the road to recovery and she admits that she regrets some of her more erratic behaviour.
The singer has agreed to make a 90-minute MTV documentary called For the Record in order to get her side of the story across and remind everyone that, although she may have flipped out a little bit, she had a lot on her plate with the constant press intrusion, her divorce from Kevin Federline and the custody battle over her two sons.
"So much has gone on over the last couple of years and there's a lot that people don't know about me," Brit says in the doc.
"I've been through a lot. I sit there and I look back: 'I'm a smart person, what the hell was I thinking?'"
